Yes, unconditionally. Every delivery of TMT bars, stainless steel plates, and seamless pipes is accompanied by an EN 10204 3.1 certified Mill Test Certificate documenting original heat numbers, chemical spectrometry results, and physical yield/tensile strength values.
Can we arrange client-appointed third-party inspection (TPI)?
Absolutely. We regularly facilitate pre-dispatch inspections by reputed agencies including SGS, TUV, DNV, and Bureau Veritas at our Karapakkam depot prior to release.
What is the standard dispatch timeline for orders?
Ex-stock materials (TMT rebars 8mm-32mm, standard SS plates, stock pipes) are dispatched within 24 hours of purchase order confirmation across Chennai and within 48 hours across Tamil Nadu, Bangalore, and surrounding regions.
